Tatev Hayrapetyan

Tatev Hayrapetyan has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and human resources. Tatev most recently worked at GetYourGuide as a Senior Technical Sourcer/Talent Intelligence, starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they were a Technical Sourcer at GetYourGuide from June 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining GetYourGuide, Tatev worked at TomTom as a Technical Sourcer, focusing on autonomous driving and navigation, from April 2019 to March 2021. Tatev also gained experience in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at Erasmus Student Network from April 2018 to April 2019.

Additionally, Tatev worked as a Technical Sourcer/Recruiter at meettal | tech talent ambassadors from January 2017 to April 2018, and as a Human Resources Manager at Eldorado LLC from January 2016 to November 2017. Tatev started their career as an Account Manager at Aurora Baréalisse Marketing & Branding from May 2014 to August 2015.

Tatev Hayrapetyan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and Risk Management from Yerevan State University, graduating in 2010. Tatev later pursued a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology at the same university, completing their studies in 2014. In June 2020, Tatev also obtained a certification in Tech Sourcing from AmazingHiring Global.
