Lester Charles

Lester Charles has an extensive work experience. Lester started their career at JV Harley Davidson / Porsche in 2002, where they served as the Managing Director RPT until 2003. Lester then joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company in 2003 as the Director of Manufacturing, eventually transitioning to roles such as Director of Business Development P&A, GM Advanced Mfg & Mfg Strategy, and GM International Manufacturing. In 2012, they moved to Tercel Oilfield Products, where they became the Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain. Finally, in 2017, they joined Nortek Air Solutions, LLC as the Vice President of Operations.

Lester Charles pursued their education between 1998 and 2000. During this time, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they completed a degree in Manufacturing Management, known as an MMM. Additionally, they obtained a Master's degree from Northwestern University, although the field of study for this degree was not specified.
