Olivia Grant-Cream

Olivia Grant-Cream has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Olivia is currently working as the Vice President of Human Resources at Nortek Air Solutions, LLC since June 2023. Prior to this, Olivia held various roles at Stryker, a medical technology company. Olivia was the Senior Director of Human Resources from January 2021 to June 2023, where they partnered with sales leaders to execute talent strategies and foster a collaborative culture. Olivia also served as the Director of Human Resources from July 2019 to January 2021 and as the Human Resources Manager from April 2015 to July 2019 at Stryker. In these roles, they were responsible for strategic workforce planning, organizational design, compensation structure, and talent acquisition aligned with commercial goals. Before joining Stryker, Olivia worked as an Advanced Sourcing Manager and an Associate Sourcing Manager from 2014 to 2015 and 2013 to 2014, respectively. In these positions, they set structures, identified talent, developed job descriptions, and implemented consistent processes and procedures. Olivia's earlier work experience includes serving in the U.S. Coast Guard as an Engineer Officer from July 2009 to May 2012, where they oversaw the operation and maintenance of all propulsion, electrical, and damage control equipment. Olivia also worked as a Port Engineer from June 2006 to July 2009, responsible for scheduling and providing resources for maintenance contracts. Olivia started their career as a Student Engineer from June 2004 to June 2006. In addition to their professional experience, Olivia is also the host and producer of the podcast "Embracing Only," which focuses on deconstructing stories of women defining success on their own terms.

Olivia Grant-Cream attended the US Coast Guard Academy from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
