Francisco Vasquez

Francisco Vasquez has over 20 years of legal experience in a variety of roles. Francisco is currently the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Nortek Global HVAC, where they oversee legal matters for the company. Previously, they worked at Johnson Controls, Inc. as the Senior Group Counsel, providing strategic counseling and legal support to the executive leadership. Francisco also served as the Assistant General Counsel at Michels Corporation, where they handled various legal matters. Additionally, they were an Attorney/Shareholder at Hurtado, S.C., specializing in construction law and managing a team of associates and paralegals. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Attorney General at the Wisconsin Department of Justice. Francisco began their legal career as a Law Clerk at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals. Overall, Francisco Vasquez has extensive experience in complex litigation, regulatory compliance, and providing strategic legal advice to executive leaders.

Francisco Vasquez completed their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in Law from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where they pursued their education from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Journalism from the University of Florida, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Francisco Vasquez is also a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, certified by the Wisconsin Board of Bar Examiners.
