Roberto Alvarado Esquivel

Roberto Alvarado Esquivel has held various leadership roles in manufacturing and operations throughout their career. Currently, Roberto serves as the Director of Manufacturing & Operations at Nortek Global HVAC in Saltillo and Manager of Operations at MH. With a background in industrial engineering, Roberto previously worked as a Professor at Tecnológico de Monterrey. Additionally, Roberto has experience as a Plant Manager at Ruhrpumpen and URREA, where Roberto successfully improved profitability and production performance. At General Motors, Roberto served as a Quality Manager for Transmission Plants, and at Ericsson, Roberto was a Line Manager in telecom software development. Roberto holds a Master's degree in Quality and Productivity from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
