The Finance and Sourcing Team at Nortek Global HVAC is responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategic procurement activities of the organization. This includes financial planning, budgeting, and analysis led by the Director of Operational Finance and the Chief Financial Officer, as well as ensuring cost-effective and quality-driven sourcing of electrical components, motors, and fans under the guidance of the Director of Strategic Sourcing and the Strategic Sourcing Manager.
