Tanner Harnden

Tanner Harnden has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tanner currently holds the position of Chief Engineer at Nortera, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Operating Engineer at The Corporation of the City of Sarnia from July 2021 to October 2021. Tanner also had a previous stint at Nortera as an Operating Engineer from June 2020 to July 2021. Tanner served as an Applied Researcher at Lambton College from August 2018 to May 2020. Before that, they were the Maintenance Team Lead at Sarnia Yacht Club from April 2015 to August 2018. Tanner also has experience as an Assistant Operating Engineer at Hiram Walker & Sons Ltd from January 2018 to May 2018, a CNC Machinist at MAC-WELD MACHINING LTD. from October 2017 to February 2018, and a Boring mill operator at Active Industrial Solutions SRL from October 2014 to July 2015. Tanner began their career as a Computer Numerical Control Machinist at Windsor Mold from May 2012 to September 2014.

Tanner Harnden obtained an Advanced Diploma in Power Engineering from Lambton College, Sarnia, ON, between 2015 and 2019. Tanner then pursued an Advanced Diploma in Chemical Engineering at the same college from 2019 to 2020. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in areas such as nuclear gauge radiation safety, transportation of dangerous goods, customs, ammonia awareness training, Dale Carnegie program, HSE respiratory training, and CPR/AED/first-aid certification.
