Amanda Degain

Amanda DeGain is an experienced education and training professional currently serving as the Manager of Training at North since June 2018, where the focus is on partnering with business leaders to enhance team member development through customized learning solutions. Prior to this role, Amanda worked as a Learning and Development Trainer in a technology company, emphasizing dynamic training opportunities in payment processing. Previous experience includes serving as a Data Coach Administrator and Mathematics Teacher at The Leona Group, where responsibilities involved data analysis and curriculum development for grades 7-12. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Education from Concordia Portland and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Marygrove College, where initial contributions included leadership as Team Captain.
