Pamela McClain

Pamela McClain possesses extensive experience in technical support and management roles, currently serving as Technical Support Manager and Terminal Engineering Team Lead at North American Bancard since April 2012. Responsibilities include managing call quality and creating training materials for credit card processing platforms. Additionally, Pamela is the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Signed, An Ausome Parent, a nonprofit organization aimed at supporting low-income families caring for loved ones with Autism.
