Kristen Martins-Taylor, PhD, is a seasoned professional in technical support and academic research, currently serving as a Technical Support Manager at 10x Genomics since August 2020. With extensive experience in leading and mentoring teams across multiple time zones, Kristen has significantly contributed to the growth and development of Technical Support Scientists. Prior to this role, Kristen held positions as a Technical Support Team Lead and Technical Support Scientist at 10x Genomics, excelling in managing complex technical cases and enhancing customer satisfaction.
