Susan T.

Susan T. has over 20 years of work experience and has held various positions in the IT industry. Susan started their career in the United States Air Force as a Communications Computer Systems Operator from 1993 to 1999. Susan then worked as an IT Help Desk & LAN Analyst at ITS Corporation from 1999 to 2001, providing technical support for multiple US Department of Agriculture Networks. From 2001 to 2004, Susan was an IT System Analyst at Matcom, where they managed network systems and performed daily operations and support tasks. Susan then joined Frank X. Taverna Real Estate as a Broker Associate from 2004 to 2011, handling sales, leases, and property management. Susan's next role was at Total Merchant Services, where they worked as an IT Analyst from 2007 to 2012 and as an IT Service Desk Manager from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they were responsible for service delivery, incident management, and the design of new services. Currently, Susan is working at North American Bancard as a Senior Manager, overseeing corporate IT operations and leading multiple teams.

Susan T. has studied Arabic Linguistics at the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center. Susan has also pursued a degree in Communications Computer Systems Operations with a focus on Information Technology at the United States Air Force.
