Dan Wainscott

Dan Wainscott is an experienced telecommunications professional, currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at NACR since September 2002, overseeing a team that manages installations and support for various telecommunications and data equipment, with a P&L responsibility of approximately $30M annually. Previously, Dan held multiple leadership roles at Lucent Technologies from December 1987 to July 2001, including General Manager of a public safety emergency dispatch product line, where Dan managed a team of 100 employees and turned the business from a negative to a positive financial trajectory. Other significant positions included Operations Director, Information Technology Planning Director, and Service Planning & Assurance Technical Manager, where Dan's initiatives led to improved customer support and the successful deployment of advanced methodologies. Dan holds an MBA in Information Systems from Lewis University.
