Dan Goodlett

Dan Goodlett is an experienced cybersecurity professional currently serving as a NERC Electricity Sector OT Cybersecurity Specialist at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) since July 2022. Prior to this role, Dan held positions at Vistra Corp. as a Sr. Analyst in Cyber Security Compliance and at Denton Municipal Electric, where Dan worked as a Cyber Security Architect and a NERC CIP Security Compliance Analyst II, among other roles. Dan's background includes expertise in critical infrastructure protection, policy documentation, and IT user support, along with a strong foundation in IT systems analysis from a tenure at Deloitte. Dan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas after studying at Iowa State University.
