Lonnie Ratliff

Lonnie Ratliff currently serves as the Director of Compliance Assurance and Certification at the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) since July 2017, where responsibilities include directing programs to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the Cybersecurity Incident Prevention (CIP) program and coordinating risk-based compliance activities across the Electric Reliability Organization (ERO). Prior to this role, Lonnie held positions such as Senior Manager of Cyber and Physical Assurance, Senior CIP Assurance Advisor at NERC, and Manager of Entity Assessment and Mitigation at SERC Reliability Corporation. With experience beginning as a Senior Security Analyst at Enron Broadband Services, followed by roles at The Methodist Hospital and Network & Security Technologies, Lonnie has developed extensive expertise in security consulting and compliance management throughout a robust career.
