Whitney Mancuso

Whitney Mancuso has been in the marketing and communications industry since 2008. Whitney began their career as an Advertising Art Intern for Emmis Communications in 2008 and then joined the North American Hardware and Paint Association in the same year. At the North American Hardware and Paint Association, Whitney has held a variety of roles, including Executive Director of Innovation & Engagement, Executive Director of Marketing and Communications, Director of Marketing and Communications, Creative Director, and Graphic Designer. As Director of Communications, their role was to guide editorial, design, training and marketing staff to develop original content that can help their members become more profitable retailers. As Creative Director, they provided creative and editorial leadership and mentoring to a staff of 10+ that included writers, designers, developers and researchers. As Art Director, they led designers and web developers through editorial projects from start to finish. As Graphic Designer, they designed a monthly B2B magazine including department and feature designs, infographics and more.

Whitney Mancuso began their educational journey at Franklin College, where they studied Journalism and Visual Communications from 2004 to 2005. Whitney then attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they earned a degree in Journalism with a focus in English from 2005 to 2008. In 2013, they completed a Certificate of Completion in Business Perspectives for Creative Leaders at the Yale School of Management.
