Shawheen Fahr

Shawheen Fahr currently serves as the IFC President for the North American Interfraternity Conference, where responsibilities include leading operations, facilitating meetings with chapter presidents, and fostering collaboration with various stakeholders. Previously held the position of IFC Risk Management, utilizing mediation skills to resolve conflicts among fraternity chapters and uphold the integrity of the Judicial Board process. As the Director of Community Service for Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity, Shawheen coordinated community service initiatives and promoted sustainable engagement at San Jose State University. Shawheen also worked as a Restaurant Server at Wulan Ramen Tap House, training new staff in procedures and sanitation protocols. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance at San Jose State University.
