Joey P.

Joey P. has a strong background in real estate development and project management. Joey currently holds the position of Vice President of Development at North American Properties since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Design Project Manager at Wood Partners from February 2021 to November 2021. Joey has also served as a Project Manager at Alliance Residential Company from April 2018 to April 2020, and at Wood Partners from October 2015 to April 2018. Before that, they worked as an Associate Project Manager at Holland Partner Group from January 2013 to October 2015 and at North American Properties from January 2012 to December 2012. Joey began their career as a Development Associate at Columbus Realty Partners LLC from January 2007 to January 2012.

Joey P. attended Baylor University - Hankamer School of Business from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. During their time at Baylor University, they specialized in Business and Asian Studies. In 2004, Joey P. also attended Seinan Gakuin University for a year, furthering their studies in Japan, while pursuing a second BBA degree with a focus on Japanese studies.
