Jody Mercadante-Jaffry

Jody Mercadante-Jaffry has over two decades of experience in risk management, insurance, and business development. Currently serving as AVP Business Development at North American Risk Services since November 2023, Jody previously held roles including Client Relations Manager. At Clarity dx from November 2020 to November 2023, Jody focused on risk and insurance, while earlier experiences include working as a Risk/Insurance Consultant at Frasco, Inc. and serving as Director of Business Development at SIU Central from September 2008 to July 2018. Jody's career began at GAB Robins, where responsibilities included overseeing national SIU operations and ensuring compliance across fraud jurisdictions. Jody holds a degree in Management Information Systems from Katherine Gibbs Business School.
