Jessica Smith

Jessica Smith is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in benefits coordination, social media marketing, and alumni relations. Since February 2017, Jessica has served as a Benefits Coordinator at North American Senior Benefits while also managing social media marketing as a self-employed contractor. Previous experience includes roles as a Social Media Account Manager at NetSource Technologies and as an Alumni Coordinator for the UCF DeVos Sport Business Management Program, where significant achievements included organizing events and creating an alumni directory. Jessica's foundational experience includes digital marketing internships, public relations assistance, and youth coaching, demonstrating a commitment to leadership and community engagement. Jessica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Integrated Strategic Communication from the University of Kentucky, along with a Master’s Degree in Sports Business Management and an M.B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
