Associate Editor For NASS Journal at North American Spine Society

Olumide Danisa serves as an Associate Professor at Duke University Health System since August 2024 and holds the position of Alonzo J. Neufeld Endowed Chair of Orthopaedic Research at Loma Linda University School of Medicine since October 2022. Danisa is a Vice Chairman of the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Chief of the Adult Spine Division at Loma Linda University Medical Center, along with being an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery and Neurosurgery. In the realm of publishing, Danisa contributes as an Associate Editor for both the NASS Journal and SpineLine, while being an active member of several committees within the North American Spine Society, including the Patient Safety and Resident and Fellowship Committees. Danisa's extensive involvement in the field also includes membership in professional organizations such as the Orthopaedic Research Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, where Danisa participates on multiple committees.
