Jayson Ronalds

JRon joined NAT in 2020. He holds a B.S. in Communications/Audio Production and completed a dual major in theatre with a focus in lighting. Before becoming a part of the NAT team, he spent 19 years in the live entertainment industry at Turning Stone Resort Casino in Upstate NY where he held several positions including Entertainment Technician (Monitor Engineer), Assistant Production Manager, and Entertainment Area Manager. His knowledge base encompasses live sound, theatrical lighting, rigging, general construction/electrical, among other skills. JRon is Dante Level 1, 2, and 3 certified.
