Wayne Kennard

Mr. Kennard serves as General Counsel of Wave Engine Corp. where he manages the company’s legal affairs and intellectual property portfolio. Prior to his current role, he was a senior partner at WilmerHale, where he specialized in representing high-tech companies for a wide range of corporate, intellectual property and licensing matters. Mr. Kennard holds a J.D. from the George Washington University Law School.
