Shannon Griem - CHRL, OCT

Shannon Griem has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Larsen & Shaw Limited for five years. In 2009, they transitioned to the education sector and became a Teacher at the Waterloo Catholic District School Board. After three years, in 2012, they joined Kerry's Place Autism Services, where they held multiple positions, including Human Resources Intern, Human Resources Assistant, and Human Resources Coordinator. Their responsibilities at Kerry's Place Autism Services lasted until 2016. More recently, in 2020, they began working as a Human Resources Assistant at the North Bay Parry Sound District Health Unit. Shannon Griem holds the CHRL designation and is also a member of the Ontario College of Teachers (OCT).

Shannon Griem - CHRL, OCT has a Master of Environmental Studies degree in Geography from the University of Waterloo, which was obtained from 2008 to 2009. Shannon also holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Geography from Nipissing University, completed from 2003 to 2008. In addition, they earned a Human Resources Management degree from Durham College, focusing on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, during the period of 2011 to 2012.

Shannon Griem also possesses certifications in the field of Human Resources and Education. Shannon is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) granted by HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, and they are an Ontario Certified Teacher (OCT) certified by the Ontario College of Teachers.
