Carla Maglio

Carla Maglio has a diverse work experience that spans various roles in human resources and management. Carla has served as the Deputy Village Manager and Human Resources Director at North Bay Village since 2019, where they are responsible for delivering HR, benefits administration, and risk management services for the city. Prior to that, they worked as the Human Resources Director at the City of Sunrise from 2015 to 2019, where they managed the department's budget and implemented HR/payroll automation projects. Carla also had a significant tenure at the City of Miami Beach, where they held several roles including Parks and Recreation Assistant Director, Assistant Director of Human Resources, Special Projects Administrator, Labor Relations Specialist, and Executive Office Associate. In addition to their experience in the public sector, Carla also has entrepreneurial experience as the Owner/Operator of All Clear to Close, Inc., where they provided outsourced loan processing services to mortgage companies.

Carla Maglio earned a Masters in Public Administration degree from Florida Atlantic University between 1999 and 2001.
