Joanna Datz

JoAnna Datz serves as the Chief of Staff at North Bridge since December 2023, where expertise in C-PACE financing enhances the understanding of institutional real estate challenges and opportunities. Additionally, JoAnna functions as a Creative Play Strategist at My Third Hand, Inc since July 2020, focusing on training the next generation of solution finders. Previous experience includes a role as a Real Estate Analyst at Cerberus Capital Management from November 2012 to December 2019, and leadership positions as President and Academic Coordinator of the Undergraduate Student Association at the University at Buffalo from May 2010 to April 2012. Early career roles at American Campus Communities and Camp Scatico showcased strong customer service and leadership skills. JoAnna holds a Master's Degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University and dual Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration and Communication from the University at Buffalo.
