Allison Kelly

Allison Kelly serves as the Director of Operations at the North Carolina Association of Free & Charitable Clinics, Inc., where strategic support is provided to expand care for uninsured and underserved populations. In addition, Allison manages over $27 million in grants for 70 member clinics and founded Stepwise Health, a virtual lifestyle coaching practice. Prior roles include Health Coach Ambassador at dooable health, Virtual Health Coach at Mountain Health Functional Medicine, and Food Pantry Manager at Maple Springs United Methodist Church. Allison’s experience in clinical research includes positions as Manager of Patient Recruitment and Marketing at PMG Research and Certified Clinical Research Associate at CTMS Inc. Currently a candidate for a Master of Healthcare Administration at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Georgia.
