Harold L. Martin, Sr.

Harold L. Martin Sr., Ph.D., serves as Chancellor Emeritus at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, where notable accomplishments include the development of strategic plans to enhance the institution's direction and growth. As the former Chancellor and Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Martin provided leadership and oversight for academic programs, resource allocation, and faculty development, significantly advancing the university's educational mission.
