Jenora T. Waterman serves as the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs at The Graduate College of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and holds the position of Associate Professor of Biology. With extensive experience in teaching courses such as Environmental Influences on Human Diseases, Molecular Biology, and Principles of Toxicology, Jenora also leads the Respiratory Biology and Toxicology Laboratory as a Principal Investigator. Prior to this role, Jenora worked at North Carolina State University- College of Veterinary Medicine as a Postdoctoral Research Associate focusing on cell biology and pulmonary physiology. Jenora holds a Ph.D. in Functional Genomics from North Carolina State University and has a solid educational foundation with a Master's degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor's degree from Bennett College.
