Ashley Mills

Ashley Mills has extensive experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations and previously as Director of Human Resources at the North Carolina Bar Association since January 2007. In addition, Ashley has been an adjunct professor at William Peace University since 2012, focusing on practical operations in human resource management. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Elster Electricity from April 2003 to December 2006 and Human Resources Supervisor at ABB from January 1999 to April 2003. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from East Carolina University and an MBA in Business from Meredith College.
