Jill Hendrix, SHRM - SCP, SPHR, currently serves as the Community College Liaison for ApprenticeshipNC within the North Carolina Community College System, focusing on apprenticeship initiatives across the state's community colleges. Prior to this role, Jill was the Director of Apprenticeships and Work-Based Learning at Gaston College, where leadership and development of staff were pivotal in sustaining apprenticeship programs in partnership with local businesses. Jill's extensive experience in human resources spans over two decades at The Timken Company, encompassing roles from Sr Organizational Development & Staffing Analyst to Principal Human Resources Analyst, where significant achievements included establishing training processes and improving HR procedures. Jill began their career at Siemens Energy & Automation, overseeing HR functions for a distribution center. Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel, Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University.
