Stacey Phipps

Stacey Phipps is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Special Deputy Attorney General and Section Head of the Labor Section at the NC Department of Justice since January 2019. Phipps previously operated as an attorney and owner at Stacey A Phipps Attorney at Law PC from October 2011 to January 2019, specializing in civil litigation for plaintiffs and consulting on law practice management.
