Erin Roudebush

Erin Roudebush is an experienced professional with a strong background in recruitment, human resources, and business systems analysis. Currently serving as a Business Systems Analyst and Human Resources Business Partner for the North Carolina Department of Revenue since February 2021, Erin previously held various roles, including Western Clinical Recruiter and Recruitment Coordinator at the NC Department of Health and Human Services. With prior experience as a Recruitment Consultant at WilsonHCG, Erin contributed to innovative human capital solutions in recruitment.
