Keith Benson

Keith Benson has extensive experience as a business analyst, currently employed at the North Carolina Department of Revenue since February 2019. Prior roles include business analyst positions at Certara and Syngenta, where Keith gathered requirements, performed gap analysis, created user stories, and collaborated with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency in a healthcare consultancy and crop science contexts, respectively. Keith's earlier career includes technical project management and web production leadership at IBM, as well as database management and reporting specialization at Computer Task Group and Brown Brothers Harriman. Keith holds a BA in Psychology from Roger Williams University and has completed Project Management Institute coursework along with IT training at Tech Skills Computer Training School.
