Lori H. Perry, CPA, has extensive experience in auditing and training within the North Carolina Department of Revenue since May 2005, currently serving as an Exams Trainer/Developer responsible for developing and conducting training for Examination division auditors. Previously, Lori held roles as a Revenue Field Auditor Team Leader and Trainer, where responsibilities included conducting state tax audits, ensuring compliance with North Carolina revenue laws, and providing training to field auditors. Lori began their career as a Staff Accountant at Hollowell CPA, PC, specializing in tax return preparation and assistance with governmental and nonprofit audits. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Elizabeth City State University and an Associate in Applied Science in Business Administration from the College of The Albemarle.
