Marcy Liberatore

Marcy Liberatore has extensive experience in revenue administration within the North Carolina Department of Revenue, having held various positions since 2007. Currently serving as Revenue Administrative Officer II in the Excise Tax division, Marcy manages financial reports related to Excise Tax and oversees IFTA financial processes. Prior roles include providing technical assistance in bankruptcy and corporate tax matters, as well as tax auditing for individual income tax compliance. Marcy's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from North Carolina State University and an ongoing pursuit of an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
