Marbet Cuthbert

Marbet Cuthbert, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources at the North Carolina Education Lottery since June 2015. With extensive experience in HR management, Cuthbert previously held positions as Human Resources Director at Nuvotronics, LLC, and HR/Training Director at SouthLight, Inc., where multiple HR systems were streamlined to support significant growth. Cuthbert's background includes consulting as an HR Contract Consultant, working at The Chicago Community Trust, and leading HR projects at The Management Association of Illinois. Cuthbert holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
