Elizabeth S. currently serves as Deputy Counsel at the North Carolina State Bar, a position held since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as Law Clerk to the Honorable Valerie J. Zachary at the North Carolina Court of Appeals from August 2019 to July 2020, and as a Legal Research & Writing Scholar at Campbell University, where responsibilities included individual student support and presentation development. Elizabeth also gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant for Professor Bobbi Jo Boyd and in various roles at the North Carolina State Bar, including a judicial externship and summer internships. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Campbell University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Politics from the University of Virginia.
