Garrett Williams serves as the E-Learning Program and Development Coordinator for Union County Public Schools since August 2004, overseeing all E-Learning programs and supporting full-time and adjunct teachers. Responsibilities include maintaining online course quality, directing new course implementation, and developing professional development opportunities related to distance learning. Previously, Garrett held the position of Instructional Technology Facilitator, where planning and supporting various professional development programs was a key focus. Additionally, Garrett has been a Psychology Teacher at North Carolina Virtual Public School since 2008 and has a solid educational background with a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Supervision from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, a study abroad experience at Keele University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education from Appalachian State University.
