William Fassbender serves as an Assistant Professor at Montana State University-Bozeman since May 2020. In parallel, William has worked as an OCS Online English Instructor for North Carolina Virtual Public School and as an edTPA Portfolio Scorer for Pearson since August 2013. William previously held the position of Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Georgia from August 2015 to May 2020, where responsibilities included instructing and supporting pre-service secondary English teachers. Experience also includes roles as an Instructional Coach at Roger Bacon Academy Inc. and a private drum teacher from 2010 to 2015. William's early career involved teaching 8th grade English at Charter Day School and working as a Drum Line Instructor at E.A. Laney High School. Academic qualifications include a PhD in English Education from The University of Georgia and a MAT in Secondary English Education from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, along with a BA in English from the same institution.
