North Carolina Zoo
Angela Reavis currently serves as the Curator of Exhibit Design at the North Carolina Zoo since March 2023. Previously, Angela held the position of Cultural Arts Coordinator for the City of Suffolk Virginia from October 2018 to March 2023 and was the Gallery Director at the Sawtooth School For Visual Art from January 2016 to July 2018. Angela's experience also includes roles as Graduate Resident Advisor at the University of Oxford, House Counselor at Salem Academy, Education Department Intern at the Reynolda House Museum of American Art, and Assistant to the Director at The Yadkin Cultural Arts Council. Angela's educational background features a degree from the University of Pennsylvania in the Executive Program in Arts and Cultural Strategy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Art History from the University of St Andrews, a Bachelor of Arts in Art History and Religion from Salem College, and two humanities courses in Medieval English from the University of Oxford.
