Jessica Manzak is a seasoned wildlife researcher with extensive experience in field research and veterinary technical support. Currently serving as a Wildlife Field Researcher at the North Carolina Zoo since December 2018, Jessica also operates independently as a Wildlife Researcher. Previously, Jessica held the role of Veterinary Technical Advisor for the Ruaha-Katavi Landscape Protection Program at the Wildlife Conservation Society from July 2016 to June 2018 and served as an Agriculture Extension Agent with the Peace Corps in Tanzania from February 2014 to June 2018. Jessica holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from North Carolina State University, an MS in Agriculture Education from North Carolina A&T University, and a BS in Animal Science from North Carolina State University.
