Alison Minter

Alison Minter is the Managing Partner at North Castle Partners, a leading small cap consumer private equity firm focused on Healthy, Active, and Sustainable Living since March 2001. Under Alison Minter's leadership, the firm partners with entrepreneurs to develop impactful companies while adhering to core values that generate extraordinary value for stakeholders. In addition, Alison Minter serves as a board member for various companies, including Therabody, Genexa, Sparx Hockey, blueroot health™, Mack Weldon, Maya Kaimal Fine Indian Foods, VitaCup, Inc., Full Swing Simulators, and HydroMassage. Alison Minter holds a B.A. in Economics from Princeton University, obtained between 1992 and 1996, and attended Cold Spring Harbor High School.
