Amy Phelps

Amy Phelps is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Customer Service at NCTC North Central since November 2007. Prior to this role, Amy held the position of Marketing Manager and has also worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Citizens Bank of Lafayette, TN from May 2003 to November 2007. Early in the career, Amy gained experience as a Graduate Assistant at Tennessee Technological University from August 2001 to May 2003. Amy Phelps earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Tennessee Technological University, where education was completed from 1997 to 2003, and graduated from Macon County High School in 1997.
