Donavan Snovel

Donavan Snovel has been with the North Charleston Fire Department since 2014, currently serving as a Fire Captain since November 2016 and previously as an Engineer (Apparatus). Snovel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Leadership from Liberty University, obtained in 2021, and a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Columbia Southern University.
