Keylah Boyer

Keylah Boyer, PhD, is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director for North Clackamas Schools since July 2022. Previously, Keylah held the position of High School Vice Principal at Portland Public Schools from 2015 to 2022. Prior to this, a notable academic career was established at Concordia University-Portland spanning nearly a decade, with roles including Director of Urban Education, Associate Professor, Director of Undergraduate Studies, and Assistant Professor. Earlier experience includes teaching language arts at Self Enhancement, Inc., as well as teaching 4th and 5th grades at Portland Public Schools. Keylah holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Capella University, a Master of Education from the University of Portland, and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Concordia University-Portland. Additionally, Keylah attended Grambling State University from 1993 to 1995.
