Patrice Frazier-Matthews

Patrice Frazier-Matthews is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at North Coast Container since March 2019, while also working as a Real Estate Agent at Coldwell Banker Hunter Realty since April 2016. Prior experience includes a role as Human Resources Manager at XPO Logistics, Inc. from July 2016 to December 2018, where Patrice partnered with district leadership to optimize HR activities for over 1,000 employees. Additionally, Patrice contributed to HR efforts at Cargill from August 2003 to January 2016, supporting both union and non-union employees and managing various HR functions. Patrice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix.
