Heather Lupia has a background in psychology and public justice from the State University of New York at Oswego, and later obtained a master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Utica University. With experience in various healthcare and mental health roles at organizations such as NORTH COUNTRY FAMILY HEALTH CENTER and Transitional Living Services of Northern New York, Heather has demonstrated skills in program coordination, team management, event planning, and crisis counseling. Heather has a strong ability to implement policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement within healthcare settings.
