Koua Cha, MPA

Koua Cha is an experienced professional with a background in operations management and strategic planning. From 2019 to the present, Koua Cha has served as the Senior Director of Operations at TrueCare. Prior to this role, from 2016 to 2019, Koua Cha worked as the Operations Manager at the Multnomah County Health Department, where they oversaw support functions for safety net clinics and health programs, as well as managed strategic projects. From 2014 to 2016, Koua Cha held the position of Director of Operations at Northwest Lifestyle Medicine, Inc. and Lifestyle Medicine Foundation, where they were responsible for clinic workflows, strategic planning, and budgeting. In 2013, Koua Cha served as the Health Center Manager (Temporary Position) at Planned Parenthood Columbia Willamette, ensuring efficient delivery of services and managing financial viability. Prior to this, they completed their undergraduate education at California State University, Fresno, where they obtained a Baccalaureate of Arts in Public Administration and a Baccalaureate of Science in Chemistry.
