Eun Park-Lynch, CPA, CMA, currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Controller at North County Transit District, a position held since January 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Reporting Manager at SynteractHCR from 2012 to 2017 and Senior Audit Manager at AKT CPAs (now Aldrich Group) from 2003 to 2012. Eun holds a Master's degree in Accounting from San Diego State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad Catolica de Guayaquil.

North County Transit District is the primary public transportation system in North San Diego County. Every year, millions of passengers ride our COASTER commuter trains, SPRINTER hybrid rail trains, BREEZE buses, FLEX and LIFT paratransit. Our team is committed to providing safe, convenient, reliable and user-friendly transportation services to people in the region. We have more than 63 miles of rail lines serving 23 stations, and 30 BREEZE bus routes with more than 1,600 stops. In recent years, we added new COASTER locomotives that have a 90% emission reduction compared to other locomotives and 64% more horsepower. Since FY19, we have also added 70 new Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses to the BREEZE fleet.
