Allie Kier

Allison Kier is currently the Director of the Middle School at North Cross School, where Allison has been working since August 2017. Prior to this, Allison has held various roles such as Dean of Students at Eaton Hall, English Teacher at North Cross School, and Teacher at Salem City Schools from August 2008 to June 2017. Allison also worked at Johns Hopkins University, Center for Talented Youth, as the Dean of Residential Life from June 2006 to July 2011, where Allison was involved in the Summer Programs Staff at different sites. Allison holds a Master of Education degree in Independent School Leadership from George Mason University and Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Virginia in English Language and Literature, General, and Secondary Education and Teaching.
