Allie Kier

Allie Kier is the current Director of the Middle School at North Cross School. Allie previously worked as a teacher at Salem City Schools from August 2008 to June 2017. Prior to that, they were the Dean of Residential Life at Johns Hopkins University, Center for Talented Youth from June 2006 to July 2011.

Allie Kier has an English degree from Morehead State University and a Master's in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Virginia.

Allie Kier reports to Christian Proctor, Head of School. Allie Kier works with Stephen Belderes - Director of Upper School, Matthew Gilliland - Director of Admission, Director of International Recruitment, and Stuart Guy - Assistant Head of School For Finance.
